UK sourced, free range grass fed meat minced through a 12mm plate to give it that chunky texture. This has the highest welfare possible and we visit farms to see the animals.

Please note this product contains some minced trachea which when minced to a chunky consistency can look like bone , this is not the case as all our bone in pre-minced to a paste before using!

Ingredients

30% beef cuts, 30% pork cuts/heart, 20% lamb cuts, 10% lamb bone, 5% beef liver, 5% other secreting organs.

(80% muscle meat, 10% bone and 10% offal with 5% of the offal being liver)
